Maxinelouise Crock Pot Roast

Ingredients
2 C Potatoes2 C Carrots1 large onion2 pounds Beef Bottom Round Roast (Rump Roast)Pepper to taste8 oz can Tomatoe Sauce2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce (low-sodium)50 grams of Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
Directions
Makes 10 Servings

Prepare Potatoes, Carrots, Onion by cutting in to 1 inch Cube size pieces Place them on the bottom of a Crock-Pot.

Cut excess fat off your Rump Roast and cut also into 1 inch cube size pieces and place on top of Vegetables.

Add Tomatoe Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Chicken Broth.

Pepper to taste.

Place on High for 4-6 hours
Stir
