2, 13 oz. cans canned chicken breast1, 48 oz. box of low sodium, fat-free chicken broth1, 12 oz package fresh mushrooms sliced thick1, 8 oz package Portobello mushrooms sliced thick1, 4 oz. package dried Shitake mushrooms1 tsp. Better Than Bullion, chicken flavor2 cups Canoe Wild Rice Medley (or other wild rice)1 Tbsp poultry seasoning8 cups water
Slice fresh mushrooms into thick slices (about 4/mushroom)
Prepare dried mushrooms according to package.
Put all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil.
Turn down heat and simmer about 2 hours.
