Williams Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Water1/4 cup unsweetened Applesauce1 tsp salt3 1/2 cup bread flour2 TBLS yeastPlace all ingredients in Kitchen Aid Mixer and Kneed for 10minutes. Then put in greased bowl to raise for 30minutes with towel over it.Take your ball and cut into 6 balls to make 6 thin pizza crust!I weigh them out to about 150grams per ball.
Directions
Bake @350 for 5 minutes. Then top with your favorite pizza toppings and bake until your cheese is melted!

    We love pizza and this low-fat, low-cal crust is great! I will be making this again. I love that w4crew divided it into portions. That's where I need the most help. I made mine with King Arthur whole wheat white flour only - it still tasted great. Will use a pizza stone next time for crispy crust! - 1/1/11
