Ingredients
1 medium lemon juiced2 tsp ginger root, very finely minced1 tsp raw honeypinch cayenne pepper1/2 cup purified warm water
Directions
Put the lemon juice, ginger root, honey and cayenne into a cup. Add water and stir to blend. Allow to steep 4 to 5 minutes*

*the longer the steep the more potent the ginger becomes.
