Vegan Waffles

2 1/4 cups water*1 cup soaked garbanzos2TBS raw sunflower seeds1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 cups rolled oats2 pitted dates2tsp vannilla
Coat waffle iron with non-stick spray. Blend garbanzos and water till creamy.(best if using a high powered blender) add other ingrdients and blend well. bake for 8-10 min.-No peeking! These feeze well, can be warmed in the toaster oven, or toaster. When storing for next morning, use parchment paper to line pan and inbetween waffles, then foil.
* Garbanzo bean secrets-soak a full bag of dry beans overnight, rinse and drain. Put a one cup amount into snack size baggies and store in freezer. The beans usually thaw enough while setting up and can be used immedeiatly. Dont use canned beans!!!
Serve with maple syrup, peanut butter, applesause, and or fresh fruit sause.
