Directions
Combine flour, sugar, salt, and olive oil in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl combine water and baking powder and let sit until baking powder stops fizzing. Pour into dry ingredients and knead until completely mixed. Add additional flour by the handful if the dough is too sticky. The dough should be pliable, not crumbly or sticky. Let sit until cool, about 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough and spread out onto a baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray LIGHTLY and season to taste (I like to sprinkle garlic powder, cornmeal for a little crunch, and oregano), stab all over with a fork and pop in the oven until lightly golden, about 15 minutes.

Pull out the cooked dough, spread the sauce by the tablespoon onto the dough, sprinkle cheese on top. Season with oregano and garlic powder. Bake for another 10 minutes or until all the cheese is melted and crust is a nice golden brown.

Cut into 8 slices, serve and enjoy!
