Rawa Laddu ( Sooji Laddu)

Ingredients
This sweet is made with Sooji/Farina, sugar, skimmed milk, coconut powder, cashews and raisins
Directions
Heat 1 tsp of ghee in a skillet and add the cashews and raisins to it and then add the sooji/farina and sugar to this mixture and just roast it for about 5 minutes and when it turns to light brown colour, add the shredded coonut powder to this and add the skimmed milk and turn off the flame and let it cool for just 5 minutes and when it is warm roll it in the shape of small round balls, and let it cool, before you eat.
