    2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
    1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
    1 tablespoon tahini,(can sub natural peanut butter)
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    salt to taste

Directions

add all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
