Chicken Thigh, 6 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)Stewed Tomatoes, 2.5 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)*zuccini, 2 serving (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Feta Cheese, 1 cup, crumbled (remove)
add oil to fry pan, saute onions and mushrooms until golden. Add zuccini slices cook until tender. Transfer to 13x9 baking pan. Brown chicken thighs in pan and add pesto and stewed tomatoes, cook until chincken is almost done. Transfer on top of mushrooms and onions, add feta chesse. Bake in over at 425 for 30 min.
