Veggie Pizza Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices whole wheat breadchopped green and red bell peppers (about 1/2 cup)sliced mushrooms (enough to cover one slice of bread)mozzarella cheese (grated, just enough to hold everything together)tomato sauce (enough to spread over one slice of bread)
Directions
Spread a little tomato sauce on one slice of whole wheat bread. Add a little mozzarella cheese over it. Cover slice with the chopped bell peppers and sliced mushrooms, then sprinkle on some more cheese. Top with the other slice of bread. Cook like a grilled cheese sandwich either in a sandwich press, a pan, or a grill. Enjoy! Makes one sandwich.
