Cauliflower Gratin (Low Carb)

1 Head of Cauliflower Florets1/2 cup Half and Half1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard1 teaspoon of salt1 cup of gruyere cheese1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 2 quart baking dish with Pam.
Place 1 head of cauliflower dish.
Whisk half and half, dry mustard and salt. Pour over the cauliflower.
Sprinkle the gruyere cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
Bake until tender, about 45 minutes.
