1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 0.25 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup diced Potato, raw 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2.5 cup Split Peas
Rinse peas, place in crock pot.
Add chopped onions and water.
Simmer for 6-8 hours.
Add potatoes, carrots, celery and simmer for an additional few hours or till vegetables are tender.
