Gallo Canola & Extra virgin olive oil blend, 6 tsp Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, choppedBroccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Garlic, 2 clove Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces Mrs Dash Red pepper Oregano &, garlic, 2 tsp Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream), .5 cup *Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese, 2 tbsp Rotini cooked (pasta), 5 cup
Directions
makes 6 2-cup servings

cook pasta

fry all Veg and chicken up together with oil

in Separate pan slowly heat cream, cream cheese and Mrs dash stirring till blended

throw noodles in fry pan, add sauce, stir everything together

enjoy
