Ingredients
1 - box of Macaroni, (elbow), Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat, cooked el dente, drained, and cooled1 - 4 oz. can of Tuna packed in water, drained3 - stalks of celery, cleaned & coursely chopped2 cups - broccoli, cleaned & coursely chopped1/2 -cup of shredded carrots1/2 -tsp of minced garlic1 tsp - of yellow mustard3 tsps - Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard1/4 -cup of yogourt, Danone Activia fat free3/4 -cup of Hellmann’s , Light Mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook full box of Macaroni to pkg instructions (makes 6 cups of pasta.) until el dente.
Drain and cool pasta.
Coursely chop up veggies and add to pasta. Add remainder of ingredients and gently mix. Refridgerate and serve cold. Makes 24 - 1 cup servings. It is good for lunch served with sliced tomatoes and pickles.
