Weight watchers bran muffins

Ingredients
2 cups of whole wheat flour3 cups of white flour5 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 1/2 cups brown sugar3 cups Kellogs all bran cereal3 cups natural bran2 cups of raisins2 eggs1 cup applesauce1/4 cup molasses1 quart 1% buttermilk1 1/2 cups of water
Directions
bake at 375°f for 17-20 minutes
Mix all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl, beatg eggs and liquids together in a seperate bowl make a well in middle of dry mixture, add liquids to well and mix thoroughly let batter sit for 5 minutes fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Do not use paper cups. Spray tins with pam and bake for 17-20 minutes. Makes 5 to 5.5 dozen which works out to be 1 point per muffin for weight watchers.
