Unstuffed Tilapia

Ingredients
Spray non-stick baking sheet. Season filets on both sides and place on the sheet.In a mixing bowl, combine imitation crab, bread crumbs, egg substitute, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning and grated cheese. Mix gently and then add a handful of mixture on top of each filet. Spray fat-free canola spray on top of each filet. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until fish is white. Remove and serve with lemon and a side of steamed vegetables.
