Pan Fried Banana

1 Med Banana2 Tbsp reduced fat peanut butter2 Hershey's Lite Syrup
Topping:
In a small bowl add peanut butter and chocolate. Microwave on high for 15-20 seconds, or until easy to mix with a fork. Mix until consistency is thorough. Set topping aside.
Banana:
Spray a pan or griddle with non-stick cooking spray, and place over medium-high heat. Peel skin from banana and slice lengthwise into 2 slices.
Once pan is heated, place banana slices into pan. Turn once every 3-5 minutes until each side starts to brown. 2-3 turns may be necessary.
Dish:
Place one slice of banana on each plate and spoon 1/2 of topping on to each banana, or keep aside for dipping.
Alternative:
Use chunky peanut butter for a little something extra!
