Spicy Navy Bean & Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
2 cups softened or cooked navy beans1 cups wild rice1 cup fozen or chopped onionoregonocayenneground cloves
Directions
1. Saute onion and add spices to taste.
2. Add 6 cups of water and bring to a boil
3. Add wild rice and the navy beans/
4. Cover and cook for 1 to 1-1/2 hours
4. Mash the beans with potato masher.
