Ingredients
* Body Fortress Protein, 136 gram(s) (remove) * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove) * Egg white, 2 serving (remove) * Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove) * Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove) * *Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter, 12 tbsp (remove) * Oats, 1 cup (remove) * Almond and Honey granola (Safeway Brand, 8 oz (remove) * Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal, 1 cup (1 serving) (remove)
Directions
mix all ingredients and put in a 9 x 9 baking pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cut, cool, wrap individual bars. Keep prepared bars in fridge for freshness. Makes 8 - 10 bars
