Japanese Ginger Pork

Ingredients
1 pound thinly sliced pork 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsps mirin .5 Tbs Olive Oil
Directions
Slice pork thinly into bite-sized pieces. Mix soy sauce, mirin, and grated ginger in a bowl. Marinate pork for 5 minutes. Heat some oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry the pork slices on medium heat until cooked. Serve with steamed rice and fresh shredded cabbage.
