Whole Wheat Bisquits

1 C Whole wheat flour, unsifted1 C Unbleached flour, with germ1 Tbsp Baking powder, aluminum free1 Tsp Sea salt3 Tbsp Soy margarine1 C Soy milk
1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In bowl sift together unbleached flour, salt and baking powder. Stir in whole wheat flour.
2) Using a pastry blender or fork cut in soy margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add soy milk and mix with fork until flour makes smooth dough.
3) Place dough on floured board, knead lightly about 30 seconds. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut in round circles using a floured biscuit cutter.
4) Bake on ungreased baking sheet 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 12 - 6 servings.
Serve with gravy, margarine and jelly or maple syrup.
