• 3 hard boiled eggs, whites only chopped • 1 tsp Light Mayo• 1 TBSP Light Sour Cream• 1 tsp Yellow Mustard• 1/4 tsp Curry Powder• 1 slice Lite Swiss• 1 Thomas' Whole Wheat Bagel Thin
Toast bagel thin (if desired).
Lay swiss on hot thin from toaster.
Combine first 5 ingredients. Once combined spread on bagel.
Garnish with lettuce, if desired. (this helps to keep the egg salad in place).
