Tofu Egg Salad

Tofu, firm, 1 block mashedYellow Mustard, 1 tbspOnions, raw, .25 cup, choppedCelery, raw, 1/2 stalk diced*Follow your Heart Original Veganaise, 1/3 cup*Lemon Juice, 1/2 tspGarlic powder, 1/2 tsp*Onion powder, 1/2 tsppickle relish, 1/4 cup
Directions
Drain and mash 1 block firm tofu
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours before serving
