Chicken Vegetable lentil soup

Ingredients

Directions
Boil chicken carcass in 6 cups of water for 1 to 2 hours. Strain and use the broth.
Add 1 cube of chicken boullion
Bring to a slow boil.
In a sauce pan saute celery, onions, yellow pepper, in 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add 4 tsp. of worchestershire sauce.
Saute these ingredients till onions are translusent. Then add to boiling broth.
Add carrots , brocolli and lentils. Continue to boil till carrots are cooked. Add more water during the cooking process if needed.
Makes 6 one cup servings
