Almond milk Pancakes

Ingredients
*Flour, white, .5 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large *Canola Oil, 1/4 cupAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 3 oz
Directions
Sift together dry ingredients. Beat egg until very frothy. Add oil and egg into dry ingredients. Add Almond milk gradually making sure you don't make the batter too thin. I use between 1/3 and 1/2 cup. Heat griddle or iron skillet. Spray with non-stick spray. Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter for each pancake. Makes 6 pancakes if you use 1/4 cup. Two pancakes makes one serving.

    These were delicious! I have recently become a fan of almond milk and could wait to cook with it. This recipe was easy and almost as quick as making my egg white omlete! The subtle nutty flavor that the milk provides is great! This will be made again and again in our house!!! - 5/12/11
