Turkey Chili (NY)

Ingredients
Non fat cooking spray1 pound lean ground turkeysalt and pepper2/3 cup onion2/3 cup celery1 clove garlic1 tbls chili powder1 tsp paprika1 tsp cumin1/4 tsp cayenne1 14 1/2 ounce chopped plum tomato in juice1/2 cup low-fat, low sodium chicken broth1 bay leaf
Directions
Spray your pan with cooking spray and cook the turkey till it is not pink. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from pan and set asside.
Saute the onion and celery for a min. or so, add the spices and cook stiring a min.
Add the tomatoes and chicken broth.
Let simmer, covered for 15 minutes.
You can add chopped mushrooms also if you like.
