* Kan Tong Beef & Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce, 2 serving (half the jar)* Apoprox 250g Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast* Frozen Vegetables, McCain, Stir Fry, Thai, 2 serving (half the packet)
- Cut chicken breast fillets into short strips
- Cook chicken pieces for approx 3 minutes or until no longer visibly pink
- Add frozen vegetables to mix, cook until soft (approx 5 mins)
- Add stir fry sauce, cook for approx 2 minutes
- Serve with rice
- Serving size (excl. rice) approx 275g
