Lee's Almond Green Bean and Mushroom Medley

Ingredients
1 - 10 oz (283 g) Fresh whole mushrooms (sliced to desired thickness)100 fresh green beens, cut to desired length (fills a standard 9" pie plate)1 tsp (5g) minced garlic1 tsp chopped dried onion flakes1/2 cup (60g) Diamond Brand Sliced Almonds1/8 tsp (.125 tsp) ground black pepper
Directions
Clean and prepare mushrooms and beans.

In a large skillet, add green beans, mushrooms, minced garlic, onion flakes and 1 cup water. Cover and steam for about 15 minutes until veggies are cooked and tender.

Add 1/2 cup of sliced almonds, 1/8 tsp pepper, and the remaining 1/2 cup water, mix, cover and steam together for another 5-10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
