Peanut Butter Banana Brulee Toast

Ingredients
1 slice whole wheat toast1 tbsp peanut butterhalf a banana, sliced2 tsp sugarpinch cinnamon
Directions
Spread the peanut butter over entire surface of one side of the warm toast, being sure to cover the edges of the bread. Lay the bananas out in a single layer to completely cover the toast. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle thinly over the bananas.

Broil 3-5 minutes or until the sugar is bubbly and browned in spots. Let cool 1-2 minutes to avoid burning your mouth with hot sugar.
