Flaxseed Corn Muffins

Ingredients
*Flour, white, .50 cup (Yellow Cornmeal, .50 cup 1 T. sugar1/4 tsp salt4 T. *Organic Cold Milled Flax (Flax USA), Baking Powder, .3/4 tsp.Baking Soda, .1/4 tspButtermilk, lowfat, .25 cup 3 T. water
Directions
6 muffins
Set oven 375 F. Spray muffin tins with pam. Combine flour, cornmeal, flaxseed, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine Buttermilk and water and add to dry ingredients. Divide batter among 6 muffin cups. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
