Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/4 c. light mayonnaise1 T curry powder2T water1/2 cup of diced celery2 c. shredded cooked chicken breast1/2 cup of diced apple1/8 c. raisins1/8 c. toasted almondswhole wheat pita pockets - halved
Directions
Mix the mayonnaise, curry powder and water together. Add celery, chicken, apple, raisins and almonds. Toss with dressing. Serve 1/2 c. in a whole wheat pita pocket.
