Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
2 T. Cottage Cheese1 1/2 scoops EAS Vanilla 100% Whey Protein2 Egg Whites1 Medium banana sliced
Directions
Blend Cheese, Whey Protein & Egg Whites in a blender (I used a canning jar and put the blending blades in and screwed on the top works great for small recipes like this). Heat small pan and spray with non-stick spray. Pour 1/2 mixture in pan and cook 2-3 min on medium, flip and cook 2-3 min on other side. Repeat with other half of mixture.

Put 1/2 banana slices on top of 1 pancake, top with other pancake and remaining bananas.

Serving size is 2 pancakes
