broccoli salad

Ingredients
* Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunch *red Onions, raw, 1 small * Smoked Almonds, 3 oz * Mayonnaise 1 cup * Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp * Honey, 1.5 tbsp
Directions
Chop broccoli heads only small, add thinly sliced onions. Mix mayo, vinegar and honey plus salt and pepper to taste. Add almonds right before serving.

Makes approx 9 servings of 1/2 cup each.
