Ingredients
Cream Cheese, 2 - 8oz pkgsEgg, fresh, 2 largeSplenda, 1/2 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tbspHeavy Whipping Cream, 1 cup, whippedCinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients until smooth and thick. Pour into greased pie pan sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 30 minutes at 350* degrees F.

Store in refrigerator. Best eaten while warm. Tastes a lot like french toast and is good with sugar free syrup.
