1 can crushed tomatoes (796 ml)1 can diced tomatoes (796 ml)1 can of black beans (540 ml)1 lb of extra lean ground chicken2 medium onions1 tsp of salt1 tsp chili powder1tbsp olive oil
In large frying pan with lid, Fry onions in Olive oil until tender and add turkey.
Cook thoroughly.
Add tomatoes, beans and spices et voilą!
Let simmer on low for 30 minutes
