Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)Baby Bella (Crimini) Mushrooms, .5 oz (remove)Sweet mini peppers (3), .33 serving (remove)Pizza sauce, 0.08 cup (remove)Frigo Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella, 0.18 cup (remove)Spinach, fresh, .13 cup (remove)Garlic, .25 tsp (remove)Toufayan Bakeries Hearth Baked Whole Wheat Pita Bread ( 1 loaf = 1 serv), 1 serving (remove)
Toast Pita in toaster or under broiler. Place 11/2 Tbs. of pizza sauce on pita, and spread around. Sprinkle 3 Tbs. of shredded part - skim mozzarella over the sauce. Add 2 Tbs. chopped spinach, 1/4 tsp. minced garlic, 1 Tbs. chopped onion, 1/2 oz. sliced mushrooms and 1/2 oz. sliced mini sweet peppers . Bake in 425 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes or until vegetables are of desired tenderness, and cheese is melted. Serves 1
