Thai Garlic Fish

Ingredients
1 pound cod fillets2 tablespoons canola oil1 package frozen stir fry vegetables1/4 cup stir fry sauce1 teaspoon minced garlic1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
Heat a skillet to very hot. Add oil. Cut fillet into pieces and add to the skillet. Cook until done. Remove from pan and add frozen stir fry vegetables and cook until heated through. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, stir until garlic is cooked. Add stir fry sauce and turn down heat. Let sauce thicken, and then pour over fish.
