1 Package Jenny O Ground Turkey 93/7 LeanTabasco Sauce, 1 tsp Garlic powder, to tastePepper, black, 1 tsp.McCormick Grill Mates, Roasted Garlic & Herb 1 tsp.Newman’s Own Bandito Salsa Mild, 4 TbspGoya, White beans, 1 can rinsedWhite Rice, medium grain, 3 cups cookedMedium Onion, choppedOlive Oil 1 tsp to coat pan
This will make 6 servings
Heat a saute pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Cut the onion and add to your saute pan and cook until translucent. In a separate pot begin to cook your rice. I have a rice cooker which make life much easier. Add your turkey and seasonings. Cook until all of the meat is beginning to brown. Add your salsa, tabasco and beans and let simmer on low for about 20 min. Put your rice on a serving platter and add the turkey mix to the top and serve. This goes well with a dinner salad. Enjoy
