Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic1 Shallot1 tsp of dried oregano and basil each1 tbsp Dijon mustard1/2 C red wine vinegar1 1/2 C olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put everything except the oil and the salt and pepper in a food processor and blend until well blended together. With the processor still running, slowly add the oil continuously to emulsify. Add salt and pepper to taste.
