French Whole Wheat Crepes

1/4 cup liquid egg substitute (like egg beaters)1/2 cup Almond milk (or skim milk)1/2 cup water1/4 cup yogurt (any flavor)3/4 cup whole wheat flour
Combine egg substitute, milk, water and yogurt and mix well. Add flour and stir until mixture is smooth. For best results, put the batter in the fridge for 30 minutes prior to cooking.
Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray and cook on medium high heat, about 30-90 per side. This recipe makes about 10-15 medium sized crepes. (The nutritional info listed is for 10.) Fill with desired toppings, roll them up, and enjoy! :)
