Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed to reduce sodium)2 garlic cloves1 tbsp cilantro1 tbsp chopped green pepper1 tsp chipotle tabasco cause - or to taste1/4 c lemon juice1 tbsp water (I used H20 instead of oil...cuts cals and not taste)
Directions
Drain and rinse beans.
Combine in food processor (I used my magic bullet and it worked great)
Puree

Serve cold or fresh with pita, veggies or tortilla chips.
