Introduction

I invented this when I was too sick to want to eat but needed some nutrition. Its a very flexible recipe, you can substitute with whatever you have on hand! Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup Vanilla soymilk (or you can use milk)
    1 Tablespoon wheat germ
    1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/4 cup peach slices ( I left the skin on for more fiber)
    2 tsp flax oil
1 tablespoon agave nectar (or maple syrup)

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

I realise this smoothie would be too many calories as a snack in a regular day, but when you're sick and struggling to get some calories, its perfect...and delicious!
