Jeanne's Swiss Steak

2 lbs. round steak (cut in strips)1 lipton onion soup packet1 green pepper cut in stips1/c onion chopped the size of the green pepper strips1 28 oz. can of diced tomatoes1 T. steak sauce1-2 T. corn starch2 T chopped parsley (optional)
Mix steak sauce and corn starch together. Add a little water if to thick until mixture is smooth. Cut round steak up in thin strips, lay in large lipped pan, overlapping if necessary.
Mix onion soup packet with the can of diced tomatoes, add corn starch mix. Layer onion and pepper over meat, cover with sauce mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Prepare noodles as directed and put swiss steak over noodles. YUMMO!
