Vegatarian Chili On a Budget

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped4 cloves garlic, chopped to your preference1 tablespoon of canola oil5 baby carrots1.5 chopped ripe tomatoes1 15.5 oz can of Cannelloni Beans4 tbsp of chili powder (or to taste)
Directions
Chop onions and garlic. Sautee in medium size frying pan. Chop carrots and celery. Add to pan until tender. Add chopped tomatoes, beans and chili powder. Heat and serve.
