Oven roasted chicken w/potatoes and veggies

Small whole chicken8 med. potatoes1 can mixed veggies, corn, green beans and carrots, can of swanson chicken broth, can of cream of chickenthyme, rosemary, oregano,basil, parsley flakes, black pepper, seasoned salt and salt2 tsp of minced garlic1 medium onion
Makes 6-8 servings
In a bowl mix together
2Tsp of season salt, a1/4 tsp of all other herbs, 1 tsp of salt add 2 tsps of minced garlic, add 1/4 cup of water to mixure, cut 8 medium potatoes in thin slices,dice one medium onion, roll chicken around in mixture. Place chicken in roaster, mix potatoes, onions, & drained mixed veggies, carrots, corn, & green beans in mixture, place around chicken, pour mixture over potatoes & veggies. Pour chicken broth over veggies and potatoes then top with cream of chicken. Cook on 350 F for 2 hrs covered
