Brown Rice Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 1/2 Onions, roughly diced3 Large Carrots, chopped in coins4 Stalks Celery, chopped1 Cup Brown Lentils1 Cup Brown Rice1 Can Stewed Tomatoes1 Tsp Basil1 Tsp Thyme1 Tsp Coriander1 Tsp Salt8 Cups Water
Directions
Throw everything in a pot, turn heat on high and bring to boil. Once boiling, turn down to low and let simmer until lentils and rice are soft . . . 45 min- 1 hr.
