Portobello Mushroom Burger

2 Portobello mushrooms1/4 cup of white wine1 tbsp olive oil2 slices of swiss cheese1 tbsp garlic powdersalt and pepper
1) Combine liquid and spices and cook over medium heat.
Simmer until wine is reduced.
2) Cook mushrooms approx 10 minutes on each side, covered by another pan.
3) Cheese is added at the end as you would on hamburgers.
