Chicken Empanadas

Ingredients
Directions
chicked, salsa, cheese, pie crusts, egg
dice chicken and pan cook, drain and let it cool.
Shred chicken (optional)
Combine chicken, salsa, and cheese in a bowl
Preheat oven to 375
Use a 3 inch cookie cutter, cut 10 circles in each pie crust.
Place spoonful into middle of dough circles.
Use your finger to wet the edge of the circle.
Fold the dough over abd press together to seal.
Place on an ungreased baking sheet
beat egg in a small bowl and brush the top of each empanada
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 10 2-empanada servings
