flourless oatmeal bars (no flour, no sugar recipe)

Ingredients
1 tsp. vanilla extract1 egg1/3 C. olive oil1/2 unsweetened applesauce1/3 C. splenda1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamonMix above ingredients and add the next2 C uncooked quick cooking oatmeal1 1/2 tsp baking soda3/4 C nonfat milk1/2 C raisins1/2 C flax seed mealMix well.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*...makes 12 bars in a 9 x 9 non stick sprayed pan.
mix all ingredients and pour into prepared pan, bake for 25-30 min. Cool and cut into 12 bars...wrap in plastic wrap.
