Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil4 cups Quorn chik'n tenders (whole package)3 cloves garlic, minced1 can green beans, drained1 can tomatoes, with juiceoreganobasil thymesalt and pepper
Directions
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Brown the quorn tenders. Add garlic, green beans, tomatoes. Add spices to taste.

Simmer covered 15-30 minutes, until flavors have mingled. If too watery, simmer uncovered until desired thickness is reached.

Serve 4-6 over pasta!
